If you are experiencing, what you define as bad or negative feelings/experiences, it could just mean that you are leveling up!

There was a time when every word I wrote brought to light thoughts I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy.

Leaving home forced me to trust myself, and my journey. It forced me to get lost, to figure things out, to learn and grow.

The brain doesn't know the difference between real or unreal fears, and our behaviors come from a need to feel safe and protected.

Inability to do what you know you need to do, isn’t simply a lack of motivation, but a call to practice love on a deeper level.

Ego is sneaky and can rear it's ugly head without you even realizing it. It can dictate and create a life that was never meant for you.

When I release the shame and guilt for what I really want, I am open to opportunities and experiences that allow what I want, to arrive.
